Since it now spring, I am sure everyone will be firing up the grill, I know I will. I had the privilege of shooting the Las Vegas Grill. The variety of meats that they smoke is a meat lovers paradise! I really like the jerk pineapple sauce that the use on the ribs! There were so many images from this shoot that I fell in love with it was hard for me to choose which ones to share with you. So here it is, Ribs and sausage (which is homemade) with sides of potato salad, rainbow coleslaw, and spicy beans. The image below are handmade meatballs. Check them out on Sahara and Buffalo.
