I am totally in love with the concept of the Food Trucks. These trucks have dishes with a twist. This street food movement is a growing force in the culinary industry, with more trucks popping up all over the country. The bun above is from Great Bao, it is a pork belly with green chiles, cheese and cilantro. The picture below is Apple Fritters from Roaming Dough, can I just tell you that these little devils are addictive. I get them every time I see the truck.
